📸 Damaged / Incorrect Items

• Wrong item received  
• Damaged item upon arrival  
• Defective item received

Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your parcel and provide clear photo/video proof for verification.

⚠️ Change of mind, dislike of design, incorrect size selection, minor color differences, or natural silver oxidation/tarnishing are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

✅ Our Mistake Policy

If the issue is caused by our mistake (wrong item, defective item, or damaged upon arrival), Luxrya & Co will provide:

• 1:1 exchange for the same item; OR  
• refund after parcel is returned to us and inspected.

Returned items must be sent back in original condition and packaging.

Once we receive the returned parcel, refund processing will take approximately 1–3 working days to the original payment method.

💍 Jewelry Care Notice

Our jewelry is made with S925 Sterling Silver and Moissanite. Sterling silver may naturally oxidize or tarnish over time depending on body chemistry, humidity, perfume, skincare products, and storage conditions. This is normal and not considered a product defect.
