Product availability may change without prior notice.

3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & ACCURACY

We strive to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate.

However:

• slight differences in color may occur due to lighting and screen display;
• measurements may vary slightly due to manual measurement;
• product appearance may vary slightly depending on craftsmanship.

4. S925 STERLING SILVER & MOISSANITE DISCLAIMER

Our jewelry is made using S925 Sterling Silver, which naturally contains alloy materials for durability and strength.

Sterling silver jewelry may naturally oxidize or tarnish over time depending on:

• humidity
• sweat
• perfume
• skincare products
• storage conditions
• body chemistry

This is considered normal wear and is not a manufacturing defect.

Our moissanite stones are lab-created gemstones and are not natural mined diamonds. While moissanite offers excellent brilliance and durability, it differs from natural diamonds in origin and composition.

5. JEWELRY CARE

To prolong product lifespan, customers are advised to:

• avoid contact with perfume, lotion, chemicals, and water;
• remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising;
• store jewelry in a dry place when not in use;
• clean jewelry gently using a soft cloth.

Improper care may affect product condition and longevity.

6. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.

Orders are only confirmed after successful payment verification.

We reserve the right to reject suspicious or fraudulent orders.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only.

Shipping delays caused by courier services, customs, weather, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

8. RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

• wrong item received;
• defective item;
• damaged item upon arrival.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of parcel delivery and provide clear photo/video evidence.

Returns due to:

• change of mind;
• dislike of design;
• incorrect size selection;
• minor color variation;
• natural silver oxidation;

will not be accepted.

Returned items must remain:

• unused;
• unworn;
• in original packaging;
• with tags (if applicable).

We reserve the right to reject return or refund requests that do not meet our conditions.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

9. WARRANTY & DAMAGE

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, scratches, tarnishing, discoloration from chemical exposure, misuse, or improper storage are not covered under warranty.

Luxrya & Co reserves the right to determine whether a product issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content including logos, branding, jewelry designs, product images, graphics, and text belong to Luxrya & Co and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Luxrya & Co shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase amount paid for the product.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
